The Game Could Not Be Started????

hey guys. i hava 3.03 oe-c psp but for some reason i cant get the emulators to work. i put them in and then check the psp and the image is there but which ever emulator it maybe there's always a corrupt file under it??? when i try to put the roms in the rom files it says the game could not be started??? any ideas thank

first of all they go in the game150 folder and you have to have both the one with the% and the one without.
