How to rip a PSX game?

ive been trying to find a program to rip my PSX discs and i have no idea what to use to get it into the right format to convert it to an eboot... can anyone point me to one

i have popstation and ive conveted iso files before. I just cant figure out how to back up my own

download/install alcohol 120% then use it to rip a iso. its easy to use. from there u use popstation to make it into a eboot
