Having Trouble Putting PSX Games On My PSP
Yes, I am a NOOB. I used the autopopstation 4 for noobs that is on here, I followed all the steps and still I am getting nothing.
aokuruwa: I don't know anything about the Flash0 or the opening plug rco. My friend put the firmware on my PSP. I was able to make the ISO and EBOOT on the Autopopstation 4 for noobs that is on here. Here is a link: http://www.pspmod.com/forums/sony-ps...on4-noobs.html (GUIDE: Using AutoPopstation4 For Noobs)
I keep hearing stuff about the KEYS bin. and making folders, do I need to do this because the Autopopstation 4 doesn't have any of this when making the EBOOT. Thank you for your time.

hey man sorry i didnt get back to you, oh and for the guy who said you need keys.bin, autopop 4 doesnt require that you need keys.bin
EDIT:
if you wana access the flash0, coldboot your PSP whilst holding down R trigger until the recovery menu comes up, go to advanced with a USB connected from your PSP to your computer, then select flash0, the flash will come u p on your computer sceen , open the folder named 'vsh' then open 'recourses'. this folder is where you can customize nearly everything on your PSP, apart from the XMB i belive

:S huh ? why ? did he call somebody a noob or something ? :S .. anyway back to the matter at hand, toe-nee, if you have any plugins, disable them, try some game like crash bandiocoot or something very common, make sure you gameID is correct, maybe try a different compression level, im not saying to try all of these just see if you can change anything in the process because this is a very rare error.

I haven't customized anything. My friend put the Firmware 3.40 OE-A on my PSP. On the resource page all I see are a bunch of Plugin.rco, Bitmap image & a Gameboot.

have you tried to go back to 1.50 and start again (you wont need to create your PSX game again you can put it back on after the recovery is done)
EDIT:
if you downgrade, reistall with the 3.40 OE-A easy installer, this way no mistakes will be made
