What Is the best NES/SNES Emulators

I have a SNES9XTYL-0.4ME on my PSP and I noticed that a lot of the games suffer from lag like Donkey Kong Country, Killer Instinct, Ultimate Moral Kombat 3 etc. I was wondering if there was a better one out that plays the games more smooth.

i think there needs to be one post with all the best emulators.
i have snes9x... and it runs all the game i play great.

Snes9x and nesterJ is the best NES and SNES emulator, as development has stopped for the Snes9x and the NesterJ emulators. There will be no more improvement on them, so basically you are stuck with the latest ones that was released which is Snes9x TYL0.42ME and NesterJ v1.20
