Probelm with disk swaping

Heya guys,
So i was playing a psx game on my psp and i ended disk 1 so i put in the image of disk 2 in the memory card but when it checks for saved files it doesnt find the one from disk one :/

i tried out your guide but both ff7 disc 1 and 2 have the same save id

well yeah when you convert the 2nd disc you copy the number of the first save into the second one.
