Best Super Famicom Games

i just beat star ocean and wasn't nearly as impressed w/ it as i thought i'd be. i'm playing dragon quest v right now and started dark half. was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for other games i should look out for (preferrably w/ english trans patch of course). thanks!

yuu yuu hakusho FINAL is AWESOME!!! go get it now!!!! an ok one is Shin Kidou Senki Gundam -Endless Duel ... though its seems to be slow even at 333

i've actually been thinking about trying out the gundam series of games for sfc. what type of game is hakusho? is it fighting, beat em up, what? (those are what i'd imagine from watching the game tho it could be anything, dbz has rpgs on the sfc.)

i'm loving dqv, btw. the controls are a bit rudimentary but it's really fun. i'm thinking of getting violinist of hamelin and do re mi fantasy next. i doubt i'll end up going back to dark half. XD

yeah great except for one thing: those aren't super famicom games. they're snes games. (and before you say "the super famicom is the snes in japan" megaman is known as rockman, for instance, so those wouldn't even be the right titles.)

yuu yuu hakusho is a fighting game ....awesomely made for its time...words escape me on how awsome of a game this is...

i have the japanese version of Cybernator called Assault Suits Valken

Series known as the Great Battle is really nice..(i perfer the fourth on in the series) its kinda like the Lost Vikings with guns

Majuu-Ou is side scrollin shoot-em- up kinda like Altered Beast with guns

Rockman and Forte is japanese version of Megaman and Bass

you LIVE IN japan, yet you don't know what the super famicom is? last i checked there wasn't a metal gear game on the super famicom. or contra 1 & 2.

I played some sfc games on psp/ I'll have to make a list of them

I only recall 3x3 eyes, though i didn't care for it too much.

why does it matter if its sfc or snes? one of the best sfc games is gunhazard its a side scrolling shooter made by squaresoft

for one thing there's already an snes topic and for another i wanted to get some ideas on good japanese games that never came out in english. sorry if i'm being a dick about it, but one of my pet peeves is w/ people who don't bother to read the topic before replying to it.

i'll have to try gunhazard, isn't that a sequel of sorts to front mission? (tho obviously a different genre of game.) i'm actually playing front mission on my snes (and slogging thru the parts that are in japanese.)
