Here's A Working GBA Emulator For PSP On M33 Firmware For Anyone Who Wants It...

Most people I know can't find this/get it to work, so I thought some people would appreciate it. It has BIOS that works for most games (despite the message you may get).

To get to the ROMS Folder, unzip the file, then go to UO_gpSP_kai_32_test_8_6 -> ms0 -> PSP -> GAME -> gbsp -> GBA -> ROM

no theres nothing wrong with the emulator i just think the BIOS file is illegal to distribute.

The bios is illegal. And, we don't support illegal things, such as hosting links to illegal downloads. Like the GBA bios.
