Default Final Fantasy 9, different serials for each disc

Hey all,

Is this going to be a problem if I make separate eboots for each disc? The serial numbers for each disc is different. I thought I read somewhere that for saves to work from disc to disc that the serial numbers had to be the same.

Do I just need to make 1 multidisc eboot for the whole thing?

Thanks!

I can't help you here, but from what I've read, it might be possible.

Anyone confirm this? I can make Lunar Silver Star Story complete work for me if this is true.
