Since you guys said FF7 hasn't been tested on my firmware yet...

I've logged about 10 hours of play time without a single issue besides the distorted sound effects during battle. Even those are limited---Cloud's slash and Aerith's attacks don't sound right, but everything else is fine.

Again, this is just by throwing the eboots into my Game folder and playing, no other software involved.

uuh how were you playing it if you didn't have disc 1? i'm surprised you managed to find a site where you could find saves on disc 2, in psp format, yet you can't use GOOGLE to find iso's.

that seems TORRENTially suspicious to me.

oh. well, either way, don't ask for ISO's here.. it's kinda frowned upon.

which game id should be used with ripping the FFVII eboots? I have found the game id for FFVIII and not sure if its the same or not or if it even matters; or if it just needs to be the same on all the cds.

I've also seen this issue is you set your disc speed to fast. Also occurs on the ps2 if you do the same thing.

hm. i so hope that this thread still lives. my problem is that when my ff7 game reaches to the scene when tseng leaves bringin aerith along with him to leave cloud, tifa and barret for the explosion. when the scene shows that tseng has left the game hangs there. completely stopping the game. im on 3.90m33-3 and currently am using 3.71 pops, please and hopefully i could use help from you guys.
