It's called Monkey '64. Not that hard to google before you post.

I doubt it will be any better than Daedelus. IMO, the PSP is simply not powerful enough for this kinda emulation. PS1 emulation is the best your gonna get if you wanna emulate I guess

i really doubt its an issue of not having enough power. daedalus just hasn't been fully optimized for psp hardware since its just a port of another emu. monkey 64 was written from the ground up and i think in time, if the developer gives it enough love, it should be a pretty decent emu that hopefully surpasses daedalus' current (re:dead) state.

Hmmm. Maybe you are right. But I dont understand why a developer doesnt work on it - there are so many roms for n64 and I'm sure there are devoted developers. If I had the skills and the time I would do it myself.
The graphics arent even as good as PS1 so there isnt any restrictions now that I come to think of it.

Graphics aren't everything.
The N64 was a better machine.

hey the monkey machine, it is dead, the maker is not allowed to work on it because he got a job at sony and it is against his rules to make homebrew games for the psp. i remember talking to him one time about it.
