Use the newly developed ps3 emu for psp. It runs GTA 4 at full speed on the psp!!

Well you should really be a lot more specific. Assuming mario is the game you want, I suppose SNES9xTYL for SUPER NINTENDO EMULATION would be best for you. You can get it from the downloads section of this very site as a matter of fact!
Then go get yourself Super Mario World and any other of the numerous mario games on the SNES.
Install it by following the README FILE and copying the SNES9xTYL folder into the /GAME directory on your CFW enabled PSP. Put ROMS (games) into the /ROMS folder in the directory.
