Final Fantasy 9 PSP problems!
Please help me out!
I already have an EBOOT of FF9 and it appears to run correctly up to the title screen. However, after pressing new game, the screen turns black and the game doesn't start!
I'm using 3.90 M33 with kernel add on
I used the simple popstation gui to create FF9
I'll really appreciate it! |

its ok friend we will sort this ff9 business out...
i am guessing that you are running the NTSC version..
the best suggestion that i can make is to install popsloader which is in my signature below... and then run pops 3.71..
this should make the game run

Final Fantasy 9 PSP problems!
Ok, I just tried doing all that...
But I got a problem, when using the PSARDumper, it tells me that there's a problem with the eboot! I tried doing it with 3.71 M33 and 3.71M44 eboots, but none of them worked... is there maybe a place where i can just download the files i need to run popsloader? |

Final Fantasy RULES!!! | Maybe you should try to actually read the stuff they say, instead of spamming the X button as fast as you can
I agree its not as good as 8 or 7, but it certainly does not "suck"

Final Fantasy 9 PSP problems!
LOL. I had exactly the same problem.
The weird thing is that my psp said that i needed 3.30 popslouder.
So i searched all the popsloaders tried with 3.30 and it works.
I couldn't believe it, but there are some weird glitches. Like in the 2nd disc the last 2 movies.those 3d movies at the end they just hang. until i press something and it continues with the game. Can this be from the popsloader??
It isn't a big problem but i just want to know how this can be.
Thanks |

Final Fantasy 9 PSP problems!
Hi, I have a problem myself, I downloaded the NTSC-U, and I was able to play well the first cd, but, when it asked me to change to disc 2, i don't know what to do, many people say that i just have to load disc 2 from the boot on the game menu, but it doesn't appear, and when i put the 4 eboots on different folders in the GAME folder, they all appear as CORRUPTED DATA, CDS 2, 3 & 4, CD 1 appears like a normal game...what should I do, please help |

| 1. Don't pirate the game... It's $20 online for a great game...
2. Your supposed to make it a multiboot eboot in psx2psp (you can press "home" to go to menu and change cd's the small circles with the numbers 1-4)
3. If you were a good pirate you could find a premade eboot
and in all honesty i download the premade one's To lazzy to make ones from the games i already own (and yes i do own them from when i bought them new nearly 10 years ago)
Actualy that is a lie... I do pirate Japanese games till/if they come out in us/eu such as dissidia then i buy them (Which i have Dissidia on pre-order with amazon)

once you have the game ids all the same, you simply need to save your game at the end of each disc. then go to ur computer and put the next disc on ur psp and load it up. |
