Default 2-player help w/ snes9x 0.4.2

Hey people, first post here.

I have two fat psp's with 4.01 m33-2 cfw, snes9x 0.4.2 in PSP/Game folder, roms in the snes9x folder. Playing 1-player on each psp is fine. Trying to play 2-player over the network does not work, only one screen on one psp will be displayed and the connection will refresh constantly, and not all games will even connect to begin with. Anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions? Is there just a setting somewhere I'm missing?

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention that on the games that DO load with multiplayer, even though only one psp has any visuals, the other psp can still have controls. Example: Mortal Kombat II loads with multiplayer just fine, but only one screen will have any visuals. But you can still control the other fighter from the other psp and see the movements on the psp that has the screen. If only both screens would be visible it would all be good....

There's one emu I recently ran into (since I was in the same situation). It's snes9xTYL 0.4.2mecm. From what I've tested some games run a little bit faster and the multiplayer does work. I tried Mario 3 from super mario all-stars (the battle mode) and it worked very well. It did have some lag but I haven't done any tweaking as it was a test. My psp was 4.01m33-2 and my friend's was 3.80m33-5. Hope this helps

O forgot to mention that during that particular game you can "control" the other persons screen. When you scroll thru the mario games on your psp, it's happening on the other psp as well. vice versa too. The image is also on both psps not one.
