1 - 80020148 errors!!
I finally got modded today after much hassle w/ a Sony MS. Finally converted using a Sandisk. Im running 4.01 M33-2 on PHAT.
I've installed Nester J and it's working fine.
I've installed several versions of VICE64, C64PSP and also PSPGenesis --
all of them showing up in the browser and am able to select, but I recieve a
"Could Not Be Started" error (80020148).
Ideas?
Am really looking to get a C=64 emu - if VICE and C64 aren't the best, please advise!! |

have you tried 4XX? and have you gone into recovery and set it at 4.xx kernel or 1.5 kernel?

for me thats what i had to do, first try out 4xx and see what happens, if not try to simply turn off psp, hold R and turn on.
go into Configuration, Click X to change "Game Folder Homebrew" between 1.5 and 4.xx
if none of that works check to see what version Emulators require

Tried both settings - no good.
Thought these emus worked on all CFW? BlessedCurse, you are running my same version - are you running any of these emus successfully? | |

Some emulators were made based on a certain kernel you would have to ask someone who knows much more than i do about those
NesterJ is the only one we have in common that runs perfectly fine, however for all the other emulators i dont have them installed *edit* i will try to install though

Well this is the Nester J I use.Put the EBOOT.PBP,MENU.png and famicom.dat in a folder named NESTER J and put that folder in GAME and then try..let me know what happens.

Well I just used this version of Vice
Place the 2 folders %__SCE__PSPVice and __SCE__PSPVice in GAME and have you kernel set to 1.50.
