I have a PSP slim 2000 with 5.00 m33-4 CFW, after getting the custom firmware on I formatted the memory stick Then I decided I would try emulate snes games so I put snes9xTYL and snes9xTYL% on my psp in the game150 folder, then put super mario kart in the rom folder. On the psp I went to game>Memorystick>Snes9xTYL 0.4.02 and it gets past the psp intro screen and comes up with "The game could not be started. (80020148)" (Also when at game>Memorystick it says "corrupted file" but I tried numerous roms and nothing worked, Im guessing by formatting the mem stick it deleted something I needed? This is causing much stress and I hope you can help me A.S.A.P thanks!

It's because you have a Slim PSP.Slims cannot run a 1.50 kernel game(Comes with 2 folders 1 and 1%).

Try this one.

I downloaded something called LEDA v2 and all my old emulators work again, look it up on youtube if you want a tutorial. (I think they now work with 5 and 1.5 kernals but i'd have to check.)

nevermind I didn't see it was for slim, this might not work on slim..

Well I don't think that answered my question then.

Also when I was playing mario kart snmes on the psp it was going quite slow, any settings I can tweak to make it go full speed?
