ok, in the recover mode there is 2 ways to open flash0, ether toggle(no changing nedded) and an option in configureation to change usb mode.

so after doing the toggle thing in recovery mode i exit and go to xmb menu then connect usb right. Then after putting the files into my psp do i have to go back and re-toggle the flash0 or what do i do next.

no, when you toggle in the recovery menu the flash0 will come up on the pc

O, so im suppose to already connect the usb in right. Then go to advance/toggle flash0 then it connects automatically to the pc then i go to vsh/resource and put the rco file in there then close out the window on the pc. Then press O on the psp to exit right.

Only time I've ever had any issues with a Coldboot is using a opening_plugin.prx(The Sound) from a different Firmware then the one your on.It semi-bricks the PSP.
