All *popular* Emulators - Up To Date
This thread is not up-to-date at the moment. My life is pretty busy right now; I'm a Senior in High school, trying to better myself at Photoshop for my major in GFX design, and I'm busy getting prestige in the new Modern Warfare game. If any MODERATORS want to update this thread, feel free to do so. Leave your name at the bottom to get credit. Thanks. A lot of people want emulators but don't know where to find them, or know how to install them. So I'll waste my life making a useful thread. You better fucking enjoy it! I WILL TRY TO KEEP THIS AS UP-TO-DATE AS POSSIBLE. Gameboy Advance
UO gpsp kai 3.4 test 3: File Details-UO-gpsp-kai-3.4-test-3-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Drag the "gpSP" folder into your "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > gpSP. Okay, now open the "gpSP" folder, and add in the "gba_bios.bin" file. I can't post a link to this file, as it is piracy. Just google search: "gba_bios.bin file", OR PM ME. ROM INSTALLATION: Enter your "gpSP" folder, open the "GBA" folder, drag and drop them into the "ROMS" folder. gpSP mod 20090720 - WORKS FOR CHICKHEN: File Details-gpSP-mod-20090720-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: In the downloaded file, open the, "PSP" folder, then the, "GAME" folder. Drag and drop the, "gpSP_mod" folder into your, "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. It should now look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > gpSP_mod. Okay, now open the "gpSP_mod" folder, and add in the "gba_bios.bin" file. I can't post a link to this file, as it is piracy. Just google search: "gba_bios.bin file", OR PM ME.
ROM INSTALLATION: Open the, "gpSP_mod" folder, drag and drop your ROMs into the, "roms" folder. Gameboy Color
MasterBoy v2.02: File Details-MasterBoy-v2.02-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: When you open the downloaded file, you'll see a folder named, "MasterBoy". Open this folder, then open the "PSP" folder, and then finally open the, "GAME" folder. Inside this folder, there should be a "MasterBoy" folder. Just drag and drop this folder into your "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > MasterBoy. ROM INSTALLATION: Open your "MasterBoy" folder, and drag and drop your ROMs into the, "Roms GBC" folder. GeMP Version 3.3: File Details-GeMP-Version-3.3-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Drag and drop the, "GeMP" folder into the, "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > GeMP. ROM INSTALLATION: Open your, "GeMP" folder, and drag and drop your ROMs into the, "roms" folder. Homers RIN v3.2: File Details-Homers-RIN-v3.2-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Just like with the DaedalusX64 emulator, you'll have to make a new folder inside your, "GAME" folder. So, make a new folder named, "homersrin_v32", and then just cram everything you got in the download, into the folder you just created. It should look something like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > homersrin_v32. ROM INSTALLATION: Open your, "homersrin_v32" folder, and just drag and drop your ROMs into the, "ROMS" folder. Nintendo 64
DaedalusX64 Alpha Revision 428: File Details-DaedalusX64-Alpha-Revision-428-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: The lazy bastards that put this together, never bothered to make a folder to hold everything, no matter, we'll just make one! Simply, make a new folder named, "DaedalusX64" and throw it in your, "GAME" folder. Once you've done that, just copy and drag EVERYTHING you got in that download, into the folder you just created. It should now look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > DaedalusX64. ROM INSTALLATION: Just like for all the other emulators so far, just drag and drop them into your, "Roms" folder, which is located in your created, "DaedalusX64" folder. Nintendo NES
NesterJ NES Emulator 1.11 RM (Rewind and Mirror Mode): File Details-NesterJ-NES-Emulator-1.11-RM-(Rewind-and-Mirror-Mo-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Just drag the, "NESTERJ_1_11_RM" folder into your, "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. It should now look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > NESTERJ_1_11_RM. ROM INSTALLATION: Just drag and drop them into the, "ROMS" folder located in the, "NESTERJ_1_11_RM" folder. Nintendo SNES
Snes9xTYLsmcm Test 5 27/05/08: File Details-Snes9xTYLsmcm-Test-5-27-05-08-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Drag the, "s9xTYLslimmecm_test" folder into your, "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. It should now look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > s9xTYLslimmecm_test. ROM INSTALLATION: There's no, "ROM" folder, and don't bother making one. Just drag and drop your ROMs into your, "s9xTYLslimmecm_test" folder. They don't need to be in a, "ROM" folder. Sega Genesis/Megadrive Unofficial Picodrive 1.35b R (Rewind Mod): File Details-Unofficial-Picodrive-1.35b-R-(Rewind-Mod)-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: If you have a PSP 1000, open the, "psp_fat_150" folder, and drag the, "picodrive" folder into your "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. If you have a PSP 2000, it's the same process, except you open the, "psp_slim" folder. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > picodrive. ROM INSTALLATION: Open the, "picodrive" folder, and drag and drop the ROMs into the, "roms" folder. ColecoVision
PSPColem v1.2.1 (fw5x): File Details-PSPColem-v1.2.1-(fw5x)-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Open the, "pspcolem-v1.2.1" folder, then open the, "fw5x" folder. Drag the, "pspcolem" folder into the, "GAME" folder on your MemoryStick. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > pspcolem. Note: This emulator was designed to work for CFWs 5.01 M33 and up. I'm not responsible if YOU fuck up trying to run this on a CFW lower than 5.01 M33. Honestly, it should still work though. But don't take my word for it... ROM INSTALLATION: Open the, "pspcolem" folder, drag and drop the ROMs into the, "roms" folder. Neo Geo RACE! PSP v2.16: File Details-RACE-PSP-v2.16-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Drag and drop the, "race" folder into your, "GAME" folder. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > race. ROM INSTALLATION: Open your, "race" folder. Drag and drop your ROMs into the, "games" folder. Capcom Play System 1 CPS1PSP v2.3.1 1.5 kernel version: File Details-CPS1PSP-v2.3.1-1.5-kernel-version-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Drag and drop the, "cps1psp" folder into your, "GAME" folder. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > cps1psp. Hold the "R Trigger" while turning on your PSP to enter the "Recovery Menu". Navigate to "Configuration". In here you'll have to make sure that the, "Game folder homebrew" is set to: "1.50 Kernel". Exit the Recovery Menu, and you should now be back in the XMB. Note: This is for PSP 1000 models, if you have a PSP 2000 model, then refer to the 3.xx kernel version of this emulator. ROM INSTALLATION: Inside the, "cps1psp" folder, make a new folder, name it, "roms". Drag and drop all your ROMs into this folder. CPS1PSP v2.3.0 3.xx user mode: File Details-CPS1PSP-ver-2.3.0-3.xx-user-mode-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Drag and drop the, "cps1psp" folder into your, "GAME" folder. It should look like this: MemoryStick Pro (X) > PSP > GAME > cps1psp. Note: While this clearly states, "3.xx user mode", I can say that I've tested this on 5.01 M33-6 and it works fine. ROM INSTALLATION: Inside the, "cps1psp" folder, make a new folder, name it, "roms". Drag and drop all your ROMs into this folder. Capcom Play System 2 CPS2PSP v2.3.1 3.xx user mode: File Details-CPS2PSP-v2.3.1-3.xx-user-PSP-Emulators - INSTALLATION: Drag and drop the, "cps2psp" folder into your, "GAME" folder. I vote ChaosFaction as a moderator for the Emulation Section. Like PVP and Dark have their sections. |

(refer to the installation instructions) |

for cps1 & 2 you need to make caches for your roms so i think you should add it to rom installation.
