1.50 kernel emulation?
is it possible to emulate 1.50 kernel support on 5.50gen-b? I wanna get my nes, snes, sega, and mame emulators working again, but I do not want to downgrade.. |

No there is no way. 5.50 Gen is a shit firmware. Try 5.50 MHU instead. |

You can get atleast snes and Genesis emulators that work on the 5.xx kernel. |

N64 looks great, and plays as good as if can.. EVERY game i have tried, even brand new ones, work fine, including on PSN... The only reason there is no way, is because they dont have native 1.50 support YET.. i was just wondering if I could use something emulate it, like leda or something..
but yeah.. homebrew apps seem to be the only thing bad that people say when they refer to 5.50 gen.. and even then, there IS 1.50 support in 5.50gen-a (if I read correctly)..
Its just going to be a lil more time before they have a native plugin..
Im only really having trouble with a few emulators and popsloader... Im sure that is my fault though, cause there are plenty of others out there who use emulators just fine on this firmware.. |

1.50 kernel emulation?
all my emulators work! get the emulators for the slims, they don't need to go into the 150 game folder.
i have atari2600 emulated, snes, nes, genesis...all working and gen is not shit! now with the latest update of gen-b2, it's even better and even more homebrew friendly, i have 0 problems with it |

dope.. are you running popsloader? I finally got popsloader's menu to come up, but when I pick a kernel, it doesnt start the game.. its just freezes..
The only popsloader version I could get to show me the menu was the one for 5.00 m33-6..
Can you give me a list of the emulators you are using so I can play to? lol |

1.50 kernel emulation?
Actually, last night I was having issues with my ms, so i backed up my saves and games, and reformatted it, and reinstalled cxmb, popsloader, snes, nes, sega, n64, and mame.. plus psptube.. they all work perfect now.. My ms stick wasnt formatted for a cfw.. now EVERYTHING works great..
So I guess 5.50gen-b2 has no problems playing games that I can see, in pretty much all formats for psp.. i dig it.. i havent found a program yet that doesnt work..
im going to try some other homebrews tonight and try to find stuff that doesnt work.. lol |
