I wanted to make a custom Pip-Boy 3000 theme from Fallout 3 (Picture below) and wanted to try my hand at making one instead of DLing one (especially since I couldn't find a Pip-Boy theme).

I don't know how to find what hardware I have, I did look at the thread, but most pictures have been taken down so i couldn't really tell, but, looking at the back of my psp when it is upright, so you can read the psp logo and the UMD in the upper right, behind the UMD letters, it says IC1003 and on the other side it is blank, i'm not sure what this means and as i said, i'm a complete noob here so if you could help me figure out what to do to mod it.
