With the 3.03 oe-c i don't need a devook or anything correct?, i just need the iso thats all an dit goes in the game 150 folder if i've read correctly . or do i need a umddumper.

You don't need devhook. Iso's go in a folder called ISO in the root directory of your memory stick. You need umddumper if you are going to dump your own Iso's.
