I need to upgrade to 3.03 from my now 3.1 in order to downgrade right.?? or can i just start the process.

Going from 3.10 to 3.03 would be a downgrade, not an upgrade. If you are at 3.10 now you have to wait for a new downgrader.

i apologize i have fw 3.01 trying to get some use out of this paper weight, based on you guys 3.03 c is the way to go right. Now i also don't have any writing on the motherboard be the umd slot so i'm assuming its safe for me to do this right. i guess this means i don't have a TA mother board.

I just want to get started w/o people ripping me for being noobs, i just want to be safe. so i have to upgrade to 3.03 inorder to downgrade correct. i'm assuming theres a special fw i need to dl to get to 3.03. go easy on me guys.

The motherboard doesn't matter any more with 3.03.

for the upgrade to 3.03 you can use this installer http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1041

and then from 3.03 downgrade to 1.50

from 1.50 you can instal the custom firmware 3.03oe-c or 3.10oe-a

so now i know i have to upgrade to 3.03 in order to downgrade, so i;m assuming i need to go to network update, can i dl each new update.

i don't want to upgrade too much to the newest fw then i'll be screwed, or can i dl the 3.03 fw online and install it.

yes only for 3.03 but you need an unpatched gta lcs game for the downgrade !

yep, went to the store twice to make sure i got the right one i go the one that has ULUS 10041 THATS WHAT i read i should get hope its the right one... still dling this 3.03 taking forever

do i run the 3.03 to 1.50 downgrade do i install the files on the psp first then run the gta disc
