Bluntfunk, this is the program you want to back up your games. http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/540
There is 3 Options, you can dump the UMD onto your memory stick or onto your comp using usbhostfs or wirelessly using nethostfs. There are tutorials on the forum on how to use those. Also there are a couple different formats you can dump the game as. DAX,ISO, and one other i think. I reccomend ISO cause if im not mistaken i don't think 3.03OE has the capability to play DAX files. Games are anywhere from 300mb to 1.8gb so i hope you have a big memory stick. Once they are dumped you can use ISO Compressor to make them a bit smaller. Good luck... |

Props to apathy96 and yaboyryan666 for the help
Tried hitting up the search with usbhostfs and nethostfs. not really getting anything useful for a nub like me. Tried to read the readme that came with the umddaxdumper you linked me. that didn't help either. this super noob needs to get schooled on this backing up stuff. once again its 3.03OE-C |

so i just extract all those fastloader folders into my memory stick? and go from there? and what do i do with the EBOOT.pbp it goes into which FASTLOADER folder ?
GAME/FASTLOADER or GAME/FASTLOADER%?
and your sure that i can use this with my psp 3.03OE-C?
for mine:
IC1003 appears on the right and IC6001 appears on the left
lemme kno if fastloader is compatible with what i have now so i dont screw anything up

both fastloader and fastloader% go in the game150 folder if you dont have a game150, folder just create one and fastloader is totally harmless try it out. double post means you posted two times in a row.

If you don't have 1 of those just create it. Or the other alternative is to backup all the things you need from your mem stick onto your computer hard, format the mem stick and the custom firmware will create all of those folders for you. Which is easier in my opinion, so you won't accidently create directories in the wrong place |
