i was wondering if there is any downgrade from 3.50 yet coz i got my psp about 3 days ago and as i am a total noob at this psp thing i dident know about all the cool games you can get and play from lower versions of the psp software so i was wondering if there is any downgrades yet thank you :P and if there whats the site

No, there is no downgrader for 3.5 yet. (Unfortunately...)
All you can do is cross your fingers and wait.
