Default Memory Stick Problems/Emulator Warning

I was playing Super Mario Bros(NES) on PSP today but when I cut the PSP off and I cut it back on, my memory stick was loading. So to everybody that have emulators on their PSP'S watch out this can happend to you too.
If there is anybody that knows who to fix it tell me

Yeah, you always should use the 'HOME' key and return to the main menu before turning off the system. A friend of mine did the same thing and his PSP couldn't recognize the stick. You have to be careful with that Kinda thing, I guess.
