Ah! 3.40OE-A "Not Existing or invalid dxar"
Had 3.40 OE-A running, noticed problems(couldnt run certain UMDs or CSOs, everything else was fine though) so i went back to 1.50 thinking i could go back to 3.40 OE-A.
When running the 3.40 OE-A easy installer. It says my DXAR file is invalid or missing(Tried redownloading and formatting memory card and other methods) No Solution. Other people have used this installer and it works fine for them.
I tried 3.40 OE-A manual install. It said Invalid 340 Update File(3). During the creating the DXAR process.
I tried 3.03 OE-C manual install. It said Invalid 303 Update File(3). During the creating the DXAR process.
Could it be something wrong with my flash0 or flash1? Does this matter?=I restored default settings right after I downgraded from 3.40OE-A to 1.50 and then formatted memory stick.
Someone help or try helping, I do not want to use 3.50 Sony firmware

I read something that might help by formating flash1. But I am not sure either. :S

Redownload the file, it sounds like you got a corrupted download. Also, make sure you copied ALL the files to your PSP, you might have skipped one.
Other than that I dunno. There's nothing wrong with the easy installer, I can assure you of that. I used it myself

What do you mean copy ALL the files? theres only two folders.
I've redownloaded it twice.
Im gonna try again with firefox after deleting the file and all internet cookies ect.
EDIT:Ive tried redownloading it, didnt work. Ive tried using a different memory stick. Didnt work. Ah whats wrong? Does it have to do with my flash?
Feels like I will be joining the dark side soon.

It's not a problem with your flash.
Did you move the DXAR into the 304oeflasher folder? Also when you created the DXAR did it pass the SHA-1 check?
Try a different download source.

Ive tried a different download source And the same thing happens when the update maker tries extracting the 340 update.
It said Invalid 340 Update File(3). It's like I was not meant to play GTA VCS lol.

Try reformatting your flash(1)...
I'm pretty sure it's nothing in flash, at all, but it's worth a shot, no?
And then, if your still in the reformatting flash mood after that doesn't work, you could upgrade to 2.71 (or something else easily downgradeable) then downgrade to 1.5, and go from there.

You can only format flash 1 by entering recovery mode. You can only enter recovery mode if you have OE
Im stuck on 1.50
I will try upgrading to 2.71 and then downgrading to 1.50

Ive used the easy installerfor 3.40 OE-A, the manual installer for 3.40 OE-A, and the manual installer for 3.03 OE-C.
Ive downloaded and redownloaded files. No luck.
