When I tried that last time, things like daedalus and my nes and snes emu's wouldnt load..

+ I have hide corrupted icons set and i still see like 3, i thought I had the solution of renaming them __SCE__ and %__SCE__ but than i cant run the game it says.

Can play demos that require 3.51official, Can Play ISO'S with no UMD in the drive, Loads faster.

^of course u might brick, any downgrader, or custom firmware upgrader flashes your psp. Always a small chance of brick. Very little just follow instructions and u wont brick.

just incase u mess with anything and accidently semi-brick u can replace the flash 0 and flash 1 so it will be fine again. Or u can just recover back to 1,5 and upgrade again which is safer and easier. Link is also in my guide for that.

No once you are at custom firmware you can upgrade to custom firmware without downgrading, just download 3.51 M33, and place it in your GAME150 folder.

I Might have done something wrong because i almost bricked my psp when i upgraded!
i did everything right and when i used xmb themes 4 3.40 oe-a everything crashed!
even before that i couldn't play games or use the internet browser,
am i the biggest noob or is there somehting wrong with the firmware?

just turn off your psp completely by holding the power switch up for 5 seconds while the psp is on then turn it back on and press R then you should see recovery menu.
