Download Official 3.50 Firmware

Hi,
I have a PSP with 3.4 firmware and i have the Lumines game, but i cant find where i can download the official 3.5 upgrader so i can then downgrade. The one at PSP-Hacks shows up as 2.6 once its on the psp and wont run. Any ideas?
