Another thing I've heard which is unusual is Home made games and applications made with the Playstation SOftware Development kit are now supported ! kinda weird i say

if thats what 4.00 will offer for fats, im disappointed. team noobz made a voip client for fats a while ago, before sony did, then theres psptube which is one of the best homebrew apps i ever laid eyes on. and the software dev kit isnt much either since its proven that most homebrew apps use the psp media's engine, which i found out since the release of daedulas R14b. soooo i dont know what 4.0 can offer, but it better be good.
