For me, not even the first command works. I get this error:

'mspformat' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

any hints as to what i am doing wrong?

p.s. I am using windows vista

Should I use my 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo or should I just buy like a 1Gb memory stick. Will I stuff up the 4gb if I use it plz reply...

alxnns: You need to be in the folder where the program is. Also, including the full path of the program when running it, i.e. if you stored it in C:/folder, C:/folder/mspformat.exe should work.

The link to download the msm.rar file wont work it keeps saying that i cannot download with my browser so i tried a differint browser and the same thing happened. Is there any other way of getting that exact file.

i have done this before but got rid of my psp and have another one now so im doing it again
