How do i get new themes??

I have a PSP with cfw 3.90m33-3 and dont know where to get themes or if even puting themes on is safe. Someone i know tried putting themes on theirs and it bricked. Is it safe to put themes on a modded psp and if so where can i find them???

CMXB Theme changer is the safest.Put CMXB in root of MS,go into recovery,enable the plug-in & then put your .ctf themes in PSP/Themes folder.Pick the one you want in XMB/system/theme settings & your good to go.
