PSP Freezes Upon Loading
Whenever I try to load a custom firmware application, ISO, etc, 3/4 of the time my PSP will just freeze at the screen.
Sometimes it loads, but most of the time it acts up.
I've tried using different firmwares and even different memory cards.
Any advice? |

as for me I'm using PSP PHAT with 3.90m33-3 and fatmspatchv2 and Sandisk 4GB Ultra II as for now all apps are running well no laggs no freeze etc. I can't figure it out why it happen to you. sorry.

i guess there must be something wrong with regards to hardware issues.

im not sure that its hardware mine was doing the same thing so i booted to recovery and then reformated the flash1 and it stoped i mean its worth a shot pm me let me kow how it turns out | |

Test your microSD card's read/write speed with the PSP program Blackspeed v2.0, to see if it's failing. PSP-Tribe Downloads: BlackSPEED v2.0 has it, though there is probably an official site for it somewhere that I'm too lazy to find. | |

microSD cards for PSP? SD cards are not for PSP but I do find some adapters from SD->MS Pro Duo

What firmware are you on atm? try going to the sites that fix it for
about 30 dollars and its not a scam they give it back fixed.  | |

The unit is pretty beat up, I think I may just go with a new one, and give this one to somebody that won't mind dealing with the freezing I know.
I mean, if I can fix it for her still, that's great. Any other ideas, that would be awesome. | |
