I am lost, Cant remember.

It has been a while sense I have been a while sense I have used my PSP do to school and playing the PS3. But, I have been wanting to try some new games out and the last CFW that I have is 3.40 OE-A, seems like I have been gone to long cant remeber what to do. I have downloaded 3.90 m33 firmware but not sur eif that is what I need. Any help in the right direction would be great thank you.

You need to update to 3.52m33-4 first.

Ok I updated to 3.52m33 every time I run the 3.90 update it says I need to have 3.52, I know its updated because when I go to the sys info it says 3.52 M33 mot sure if it should read 3.52 M33-4 or not.

Yes it should read 3.52 M33-4 .............. If it isnt then you have not installed the 4th update of 3.52 M33 firmware ............. Do that and then install 3.90 M33
