need help updating

i currently have 3.71 m33-2 and i want to upgrade to 3.9 m33 but in the readme it says i need the 3.9 Sony update 390.PBP and since i cant find any good spots for wifi on my PSP can someone help me and get me the 390.PBP file and tell me exactly where to put it?

1. from your pc download the 390.pbp @ PSP Downloads | 3.90 Firmware Update
2. extract the EBOOT.pbp in your memory stick root directory (eg. G:/ ) then rename it to 390.pbp
3. since you already downloaded the cfw 390m33-3, extract the folder name UPDATE inside /PSP/GAME/
4. then run the update from the xmb game

You put the 390.pbp eboot inside of the UPDATE folder...

Either way you are updating from your PSP
But if you also read he says that he can't find any good places for connecting to wifi.
