help for upgrading from 3.71 m33 to 4.01 m33

I just recently went from OFW 3.9 to CFW 3.71 m33 on my psp slim.

I used the totalnewbieasyinstaller for the Pandora MS and
hard modded my factory psp slim battery into a pandora battery.

From the few guides that i've found, it appears that i have to do every
upgrade between 3.71 m33 through 4.01 m33 to get there. Is there
an easier way to upgrade from 3.71 mee to 4.01 m33? If so, would someone
be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

i think you have to upgrade to 3.90m33 first then to 4.01m33

dont do it 4.01 m33 sux!!! right now theres nothing out thts actually worth upgrading for!!!
