alright i just downloaded some xmb waves and i don't know how to put them on my psp wich has cfw 3.90 m33. would some one help me with this.

Ok then real easy man...open recovery mode and toggle flash 0..then go to the vsh>resource and paste the wave file there...thats all...

oh and how do i switch to them? and i can't find the vhs>resources folder

Once you replace the file in flash 0 then exit recovery mod eit will automatically be turned on..

Ok turn your PSP off and hold the r-trigger while you turn it on and a menu will pop up.This is the recovery menu.Go down to advanced and press X and you will be taken to a new menu that has the option to Toggle USB flash 0...press X on that and then copy the system_plugin_bg.rco to vsh>resource.
