Just joined the mod world 3.71, need a bit of help... thanks...

Okay, I'll try and keep brief...

After a great deal of frustration, I now have a psp with 3.71 m33 firmware.

Honestly I will consign myself to being beyond newb with this...

So please, forgive me if my terminology is way off, and if you correct me, I will learn from it...

Anyway I am here, and just need a few bits of help from you wise and sage like(well since you have the info the "like" is really not needed, haha)

1. I am confused as to the use of the MMS, it has the firmware on it, but now has very little space(700mb is little to me, hehe). Guess I was wondering, do you switch out the cards once into emulators, ie: start snes emulator and then pop in the mem stick with the "info" that would "make the emulator work?"

2. Am I working with the firmware that would be necessary to use iso and to use isos, do you need a emulator?(and if worded this where I have broken some rules, my apologies.)

3. Any suggestions on emulators? N64, SNES, GENISIS, PS1, and well, the last one would be refernce to question 2.

4. at 3.71 m33 am I safe from brick or do I run that risk with whatever I download, and thus should keep all the materials and files that made my 3.71 m33?

guess that's enough for now, feel like some grunt talking to IT guy, and figure all reading this are shaking their heads going, "good lord... it's so simple..."

# 1 you can reformat your MS now that you have CFW,unless your going to mess around with flash 0 in recovery mode & if you are make a back up of flash 0 on your comp.
Emulaters go in PSP/GAME 150 or PSP/GAME 371 depending on what you have it set at in recovery.
Get into recovery by holding the power button in the off position untill it is all the way off & then turning it on with the right trigger held down.
The most probable way your going to brick is updating & turning off your psp half way through the update or messing around with flash 0 themes

i recommend that you upgrade to 3.71m33-3 or 4. Those are stable versions of 3.71m33. You can format the Memory Stick now that you have the CFW on your psp. Yes you can play CSOs and ISOs and Emulated games now. PSX emulator is built into your CFW. as for the rest
