Firmware Installed: 3.71 M33-4

4.01 says corrupt? Game gone?
Im running currently 3.90 M33-3 and as I like being upto date I thought Id stick the 401 M33-1 on then update to M33-2 - simple - NO?
Put update folder into game on memory stick as advised and add the official 401 pbp then go to run it but its says its corrupt.After it says this the contents have gone?
Am I making a simple mistake?
Also since I upgraded last time my mdeal of honour heroes tries to load then gives a numerical error message.Is this because some games hate updates or is it best to reload after a update? |

Make sure you renamed the 4.01 eboot to 401.pbp and make sure its the correct eboot. Make sure you added the update folder in PSP>Game with everyhtng in it including 401.pbp. If it doesnt work I cant help you. | |

the esieast way is to allow it to install it through wifi

try updating for dark alex's automated upgrade from your psp. It should work.

I do a network update. and it says nth to be updated.
I think i explain my problem again,
before that i was still able to play all my downloaded games properly. i cant remember my firmware before that.
I went to do a network update and now my firmware is version 4.01.
But then i cant access any of my downloaded games.
what exactly happened? | |

hmmm, try booting in recovery mode, to do this trun it off then trun it back on while holding R, and go into configuration, and disable hide corrupt icons, do they atleast show now?

i off it and turn it on while holding R. but still it juz start up normally. | |
