OFW 4.0 Upgrade to CFW 4.1 MM3 ?

Hi Guys,
Help please, I am currently running OFW 4.0 on my PSP, and noticed that there is a new version out CFW 4.1 MM3. Question : Will I be able to upgrade from OFW 4 to this new version ? I have download both 4.01 + the M33 and even downloaded the video explaining how, when I try and install it on the PSP I can see the new folder in the PSP (update) but tells me "GAME NOT FOUND" this is giving me the impression that it won't take this new updated version. Any Help will be greatly appreciated

no need to downgrade, just make a pandora and mms, use the guide in my sig for pandpra, and use cat50 for mms maker

OK Thanks for that info, Question I have heard about the pandora's battery is this souly a personal mod on the battery or can you buy these, knowing my luck when trying to do the mod I fry it.

you can buy somthing called a tool battery, wich either you put the battery in and it works as a pandora, or is premade pandora
