2.82 downgrading

Hi guys, im new on this forum and i've decided to try and fix my PSP so i can play downloaded PSP roms.

anyways, i Have a fat PSP on fimware version 2.82 and i have 1 battery and one 4 gig memorystic pro duo. Is there any possible way that i can downgrade to 1.5 and then to custom firmware without having to buy other batteries, (maybe i can use the battery as a pandora battery and only have the AC adapter to use otherwise, i don't really know) so can any1 help me?

dude,,u can downgrade ur firmware..softmod ur battery to pandora without ruining ur battery,,and u can convert ur pandora to regular again..but u only have ac adapters rite..hurmm..i think there no way.sorry if im not helping at all.

Oh i do have a battery, but just one, do you think that will work??

of course..u need mms and pandora battery..it will eventually downgrade ur firmware or upgrade ur firmware..

ok sweet, but how do i restore my pandora battery to normal in the psp if i just have 1?

btw can i make softmod the battery on my current firmware or something?

yupp..u can..search in youtube,,there is tutorial how to softmod ur battery and convert it back..and yup u can softmod ur battery in ur current firmware but it must be CFW.

but its an official firmware i think, it was updated from the sims 2 game...

ohh..u need someone else psp to softmod it..btw..try to search again incase there is a way..next time dont download from game..

aw crap, i ordered the service tool from codejunikies for like ten min ago so i can softmod it without any1 else's psp =D

No probs, i just make my 4 gig memorystick to mms and then when i'm done i first format it in pc so its normalthen i format it in my downgraded psp and i'm done :P (hopefully)

btw which CFW should i install after i get to 1.5 fw?

wait k..give me few minutes.im not sure..but if u are using pandora..u should install direct to the latest one provided in magicmemstick..well i use,UPTautoinstaller by psp4noobz.google for it..i pandorize mine and install 3.90m33-3 directly..or u can use DC6..directly to 4.01m33-2
