Ultimate MMS Maker Guide For Xp/Vista
Yup, my friend already has the Pandora battery that she is willing to lend to me but she formatted her MMS.
I'm getting my PSP tomorrow, not sure what version it is, but it's brand new from shops, so it doesn't matter what version OFW my PSP is I can just follow the instructions and go straight to the 4.01 CFW right? Or do I have to go through them one by one, like 3.71 then 3.80 etc?
(sorry for being annoying, I kinda want to get it right the first go ^^") |

Hmm, I'm getting a standard, non-god of war, madden, etc ones, so hopefully they are the hackable ones Is there any easy way I can find out if they are hackable or do I have to try it and see? XD
And uhm, another kinda noob question, I see people saying Pandora has to be at least 78% charged to unbrick / install custom firmware. Can I plug it in to charge while I try to install the CFW? |

sure go right ahead.course it only takes 2 minutes or less to actually flash to cfw,and i think it can drop a bit below 78 percent.the percentage only really counts if you are using an autoload app from the game menu(done when you get custom firmware)im sure ive used my pandora below 78 percent.just as long as it has enough juice to run a 2 min process, itll be fine

Huh? Go right ahead and try it? -crosses fingers- should have enough juices left XD or I'll just have to charge it I guess.

if you follow this guide right and have a pandora it should go smooth.you cant completely screw up your psp doing this.worse case scenario is you made the mms wrong in whitch case you just retry the steps. |

Doh, so my PSP 2002 is running 3.90 OFW and I have fully charged my pandora battery as well as made my 8gb memory card using this MMS maker with the 4.01 CFW.
I put the MMS in, Hold L and put in pandora. Power lights goes green immediately and nothing comes up on the screen. I tried holding R too which is suppose to send it into repair mode or something right? nothing comes up either.
Can anyone help please? |

I want to believe that your mms isn't prepared properly, especially if the orange didnt flicker. Then prepare your mms stick again.
But be rest assured your pandora is intact most definitely. |
