on that page, are several programs...

one is a umd ripper...
it will extract all the files from your umd

once you've completed that, use the umd gen
this program will take all the files and generate an ISO from the files you ripped.

basically, on the link i gave you, follow "step 1 - extraction" and "step 4 - iso preparation"

hopefully that helps more than the senseless fighting above...
