Default java question

sup ppl!!!
I have a general question about java script on the psp. i wrote a quick html page and then dl'ed a java clock (3d clock applet ; http://www.cargobay.com/clockshop/ ) and after playing with the code a little i decided to make a small page to go on my psp. however, when i point to it (file:/xxxxxxx/clock.html) all i get is a blank screen. how does one write the script or html code to get this to work. I have noticed that the ready to go pack and the X5 portals all have java scripts and java games and this doesn't seen to be different. I guess i have done something wrong or haven't done what needs to be done yet. any enlightenment would be useful and appreciated.

psp ver. 2.01
1gb mem

Default java question

i tried that. it wanted to make a net connection. i was thinkin...... do i need to write a class file for the psp to make it work? I used the class file that came with it and i think it was written for the pc. btw, how do you write a class file for the psp? is it ported? can i copy a class file from the x5 or the ready to pack? do you even need a class file?
below is the java code but it requires a class file. how can I / we make this work on the psp? i don't know jack squat about java so i'll be wingin it. reference the earlier post about the applet and dl the 3d clock to get the class file.
also it will give you a breakdown of what each function does.

<APPLET CODE="Clock3D.class"
WIDTH="aNumber" HEIGHT="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="FPS" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="STYLE" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="12HOUR" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="PIXD" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="PIXANGLE" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="RADIUS" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="A1" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="ROTX" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="ROTY" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="ROTZ" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="IROTX" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="IROTY" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="IROTZ" VALUE="aNumber">
<PARAM NAME="COLOR" VALUE="aColor">
<PARAM NAME="BGCOLOR" VALUE="aColor">
</APPLET>
