How come some of the Psp Mames don't work they have no 1 and % next to the files like nes and gen. Is there a working one anywhere?

I feel responcibile for all this, I am sorry, I was only posting just to ask because I know there is a Mame emu, but none of them have the "1" or the "%" symbol next to them, but all it has is the EBOOT file in it? thats why I asked if there was a working one, nobody really knows to much about this kind of stuff and I am new to it and you guys have been so helpful and I thank you all very much.

Basically it moves the EBOOT file to the PSP (you need the psp in usb mode - duh)
And puts it in the right folders....
