Default Is porting "hacking engines" in a psp possible?

This came to thought in mind, for those that use specific hacking tools such as Cheat Engine, And I Search for their....."needs" oncertain Online games and came across alot of issues that deal with Vmware or a "minmizing" tool.

Just wondered if this type of method was possible if the idea came to mind?

Everything is possible.....Its whether you have the will to make it happen is what makes the difference.
