Well i just traded my 2.6 psp, for a 2.0 psp, and was wounderin how can i run my 2.5 UMDs on my 2.0 psp without updating?

FIRTS OFF, IM NOT TRYING TO RUN ISOS, im just trying to get my 2.5 Games to run on my 2.0

Ok ive googled it and read about a genesis launcher

and i found something about runumd,

and im gonna try this out, but i cant seem to find a link

WHAT IM REALLY LOOKING FOR is a way i can just put my 2.5 umd into my psp and play it even though its a 1.5

i think theres a version changer for 2.0, but i think that youd be best going for 1.5 to do your job.

really will that make it easier? im new to this, ive never had a psp, below 2.01 so, im a noob at this,

Well since you have 2.0, then just downgrade it to 1.5

How to downgrade from 2.0 to 1.5

ok, if i downgrade, to a 1.5, do i use a version changer like you suggested, or the Runumd, or the Genesis? or is there something else better?

and was woundering, so i have to rip my umds, b/c all i wanted to do was to stick my 2.5 game into my 1.5 psp and play it, or its not that simple

You would use a version changer "WAB" and your welcome

You would try the version changer first, since thats the easiest. If that does not work (and it won't for alot of games like GTA, Socom, etc), then you have to use the MPH 2.0 game loader or the Genisis Loader.

ok, i just downgraded, is the theme suppose to be pink? i cant change this can i?

yeah, you can, either by changing the month or getting a flasher that puts the pics on there, there are a few, and all do the same thing.

I would look into the original 1.5 background changer... pspersonalize
There are many threads from back in the day on this site about it, so you should be good with a search on it You can get the application from any of the big sites (pspupdates, psp-hacks, etc)
