Default reflashing firmware?

Hello,
I currently own a psp slim(02g), Ta-085 mobo, slim v1.0, with cfw 5.00 M33-6.
A few days ago my start button stopped working, and I was searching how to fix it when I came across someone suggesting to reflash my firmware. I have no idea how to do this if anyone can help out.

You need a program called hellcats recovery flasher v1.60. Find that, put it in your PSP/GAME/RECOVERY folder, and then get the official 5.00 eboot and put that on the root of your memory stick, titled 500.PBP.
