I'm trying to use the decryptor and umdgen. My psp will not connect via usb. I get an error message usb device not recognized. any thoughts

Try using using a different usb cord, a different computer, or a memory card reader, and see if any of those fix it.

Well I've had this problem for a year now and Ive tried several different USB cords all with failing results. However I went to verizon and used one of there's and the freaking thing worked. I guess I've been using low quality cords. Thanks to everyone who responded.
