Basically, Bleach: Heat the Soul 2 is based off of the internationally popular anime, Bleach. Sadly, there was no game-sharing considering the game itself is not actually very large in size.
The graphics in this game are a bit above average. Tekken Dark Res. would easily trump this game graphics-wise. The sound is pretty good quality, although there are some effects that get annoying. Similiar to many other japanese fighting games on other playstation consoles, the voices are customizeable. The controls limit the types of combo's you can preform, so the game becomes quite mundane in the process which you fight. IRL, I enjoy watching Bleach, so I rated the story as a 9.0. The story battle in-game does follow the manga/anime. As far as gameplay goes, the game gets pretty boring if you play it too much. However, there are many mini-games including the classical game Brick (even has multiplayer on the same PSP!), survival mode, movies, a card shop.
Overall, I'd advise not buying this game because a 3rd installment has been released and is much better in gameplay and features.
