Default Dj Max 1 And 2

This game is another one of my favorites of all time. If you like games such as Guitar Hero you will love this game. The music is great, and it also has anime video's in the background. I find it fun because I personally am a great music fan and hearing the difference when you hit the buttons on the right time compared to missing it makes you get into it.

Theres a large number of different genre of music to play and you can also select from 4, 5 or the hardest - 6 button mode. It's a cool thing to show off to your friends when you get real good at and they will be wowed.

As far as the differences in part 1 and part 2, the only thing really is in part 2 you have a meter that can double your points as you go without missing any notes but other then that it's basicly just different music so get both if you can afford too.

If you want a game that you can play again and again without getting tired of it then I would recommend this game, and also recommend it to all you music/DJ fans out there.

Features(DJ MAX 2):
# Over 60 original songs
# 5-button mode
# New "Fever" mode
# Easy mode, for beginners
# Soundtrack across 4 discs -- the "most DJs in the history of gaming"
# Over 500 hidden items
# Linkage with DJ Max Portable for owners of the first game -- play the original songs using the new play systems
# Korean, Japanese, and English interfaces
# Remote control support -- use DJ Max Portable 2's Soundtrack Mode to enjoy songs whenever and wherever
# Customizable control configurations

Hey dude,

NICE review!! to be honest I got them both and Im loving them!! I like this game mostly because of DDR. Its like soo similar... Its fun..!!

The music is good but not as good as DDR. the control of it is easy to get with the basic 4 buttons... I cant go more than that, since I haven't play much on 6..

The fun thing too is that you get "KEYs" Ive got hearts and Chicken eggs.. haha it is fun.. they like break when you do the note.

If you like DDR this game is just for you ! the menus everything is Techno, rave club.. I highly recommend them both.

Good review !

Well I just cannot go past the fourth stage even in easy mode... Arrgghh. Anyone with tips? I have a problem with the flourish combos... especially when they are so fast.

What I do to get better is play the harder stages over and over a few times then go back to the one that wasn't so hard and it'll feel 10x easier then before.

I love this game. It is very addicting, but difficult at first. But, as you keep playing it gets easier.

yep thanks shadyfist... and one more thing I do is actually to speed it up to 2x so that the screen is less cluttered and thus less prone to freaking out on a huge chunk of notes... thanks again.

You actually missed some stuff... There is also an 8 button mode you can unlock after you do some 6 button freestyle. 5 buttons is harder than 4 and 6 buttons because it gets confusing to decide which hand to use with the middle note.

There is also an online PC version if anyone cares.
