I know this is not the reviews section but I dont want to correct everything to put it there so,i will write it here.I have got the jap version and luckily it has got English as an option too.

So here is my pes 2008 for psp review:
    Gameplay:
I played it and played it but I always have the feeling that this is the gameplay from pes 6.Really i dont saw any difference between this and pes 6 .Konami is lazy instead of fixing the problems in pes 2008 and porting it to the PSP,they copied everything from pes 6,I am frustrated and I think the gameplay does not deserve more than 2/10.
    Design/graphic:
menu looks not good like in other versions of pes 2008.But i liked the formation settings menu (very good for beginners and pros). The biggest problem in design is that the letters of a player are written in capitals,it looks really terrible on psp(e.g. instead of Ronaldinho -->RONALDINHO).
Graphic is not much changed from pes 6 except faces but it looks nice for the psp.
    i would give this a 7/10
    Sound:
They did not include commentary on my japanese/english version.Hopefully they will if it came out in europe. They did include some music, which are the same as in other versions and I dont like them.
3/10 for now because it doesnt include commentary.
    Master league
In this version you can develope players in ML,thats IMO the best new feature of this game.you can also change kits and play in training mode with them. And they fixed the condition and player hapiness problems from the other versions(you could only play every 2th game there)so I'm happy with the ML.All in all i would give a 9/10 because its, like in the other versions, not perfect and you will get bored by playing this more than 2 seasons.
    Multiplayer
We all waiting for playing pes 2008 online with our psps right?
    But, NOOO you cant!!!!!!!!
you can just play AD-HOC and i'm so disappointed because of this right now. This deserves a 3/10 because of the AD-HOC mode still makes fun to play with.
    Other modes
    They added World Tour.
You must play against others from around the world with some rules(like winning comfortable,or winning before extra time etc.)
Its a nice feature,IMO and it makes fun to play with and climbing upto the last mission.
And they added PES shop back again, but it truly lacks of content.there are just 5 new modes (double up speed/master league points etc.)and for editing they just added 3 new goal celebrations, thats all.you can unlock 168 players and 7 classic teams too, but its nothing more. This deserves a 7/10 because just 1 new mode is not enough to buy a new game for 30€

So all in all I give this game 6/10.
Its not worth to buy it

i have the game as well mate - i would say the gameplay feels a bit smoother than PES 6, but this is the Japanese version - we still have the proper PES to come out yet - maybe they will fix some stuff in there. Aslo I have noticed that there is a bit of slowdown when a player gets near the opposition penalty area - this is a bit annoying.

    Great review btw mate

P.S. You can edit the menus and balls and kits and stuff, if you get an Option File or physcially edit the ISO yourself
